Using Zoho CRM Form wordpress plugin not updating selected form layout

Hi,

I have two form layouts in Zoho CRM. One we use internally, which has validation and required fields (standard form), and one for leads created on our contact form 7 forms (custom forms with no validation and not as many required fields but a few extra fields as well).

I have the API credentials all set up, and the mapping looks like it works well, the custom form fields are displayed for mapping. The forms appear to work well on submit, the information is populated in CRM as Leads however the data can only be viewed in the standard format and when you try to list all of the custom forms nothing comes up.

I have tried to get in touch with Zoho about the issue as it looks like the information is transferred successfully and they say “To push the data to the specific layout you need to specify the layout ID in the API URL you use to push the information into Zoho CRM.”

My question is shouldn’t this be done by the Zoho CRM Form wordpress plugin since it maps to the custom form and the custom form is selected? Or have I missed something in the configuration process? I can’t see anything in documentation anywhere to explain how this is done.
