USP Forms menu item not showing up

    Hi,

    I just installed and activated the USP free Version 20210719 and the USP Forms link is not showing up in the admin menu.

    I’ve turned off all other plugins to test for any interference but to no avail. I’m running the Sinatra theme.

    Then it’s probably an issue with your theme. One way to check is to temporarily switch to one of the default WP themes and try again.

    I’ve switched to Twenty Twenty One and turned off all other plugins and it still does not show up. I can see the User Submitted Post menu item under Settings but not the USP Forms menu entry. I also installed USP on two other sites that I manage and it won’t show up either.

    Oh ok now I understand, thank you for explaining. So the “USP Forms” menu is a pro-only feature. It’s not included with free USP. The free version of the plugin has only the User Submitted Post menu item under Settings.

    I’ve been using the pro version on another page for a while and was so used to it. My bad.

    I should mention that the free and pro versions should not be active at the same time on the same site.
