USPS Constant Shipping Value Issue

  • Hello,

    I am using Woocommerce Plugin in my site.I have used USPS plugin for shipping thing.I need to give a constant shipping value.In backend i am specifying the some constant value.But i am not getting that constant value as a shipping rate.Please do suggest how can i achieve this.
