USPS label not being generated

Sorry about the delay getting back to you here on the forums. We saw you had put in a ticket and had replied there.

However, I didn’t see any confirmation that the issue had been resolved. Were you able to figure out what was preventing you from generating the PDF, either from our suggestions in the ticket or your own testing? If so, we’d love to know what the solution was. If not, we’d be happy to look into it further.

Hi, no this wasn’t resolved! Thank you so much for being willing to look into it.

Just tried on a new label and the same issue. The label creation process works perfectly – the destination, the package, the weight. I get a notification that the label was created successfully, my credit card is charged, I receive a receipt, but no PDF is generated. And when I try to reprint, nothing happens. As mentioned I’m having no trouble generating invoice PDFs on WP.

I’ve disabled a number of plugins, leaving only the essential ones. Have no idea what else to try. More than happy to provide a temporary login for you to have a closer look! Thank you!

In case this is helpful to anyone else having a similar problem generating labels, this issue does appear to be specific to the browser being used.

Thanks for working on this with us, @kseniavoropaeva. Let us know if you do happen to find a more specific reason why Chrome was having the issue but Safari worked correctly. Cheers!

Same issue here on my site, no label shows up at all in the events on the side of the page in Chrome, shows up fine in Safari.
