USPS live quote includes extra services?

Any ideas about other fees included within the shipping quotes by default with the plugin that affect the price?

By default, the plugin will quote the rates directly from USPS without manipulation. What’s likely happening is the plugin might think it needs an additional package compared to the USPS estimation tool.

Can you share the product dimensions and weight?

Also – have you made any price adjustments in the shipping method settings? Can you share your USPS configuration? (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones)

Thank you very much for the response, Jeff. The product dimension and weight are as follows: 2.00 4.50 4.50 3.50 (weight in lbs, length, width, and height respectively)

We do have custom box sizes as shown in this screenshot https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nhOa5dbFu0cbBy5H8yGnILI_66oAmemm/view?usp=sharing. Sorry I wanted to put the numbers directly but the formatting was so weird so I replaced by this screenshot.

Oops, sorry, I should have also said there are 9 products in the order (so total 18 lbs) as I mentioned in my first message.

Just want to follow up on this card to check if is there any possible solution for us to check and adjust the live quote from USPS so it matches with the result on postcalc.usps.com? ??

As far as I know, there is no live quote feature developed as of now. If you’d like you could add this to our ideas board: https://ideas.woocommerce.com – that way our developers know what solutions our customers need as they can be voted up and prioritized based on demand.
