USPS stopped working

  • USPS just stopped working after a wordpress update (I think)
    There is no debugging information showing even after turning on debug mode.
    Occasionally I get a message that debugging is turned on, in a panel at the top of the page, but no debug information is showing.

    Postage rates (several are shown) are all defaulting to my fallback rate.
    Any ideas?
