Usuario no activo para compra Bizum

    Hi,

    Sorry for my Spanish. Gracias por el plugin. Todo facil de instalar, estoy en Test Mode aqui https://www.temporary-url.com/8C43

    Sin embargo, haciendo el checkout con un numero movil activado para compras online (tengo clave bizum), siempre consta “Usuario no activo para compra Bizum” en la pagina de redsys.

    Las operaciones aparecen en el panel de administracion de Redsys como “Sin Finalizar XXXX”

    He consultado con mi banco, dicen todo es correcto con mi numero movil.

    Adgradeceria cualquier pista.

    Hi @dkrahl, we can speak in English, it’s not a problem for me.

    For test mode, the Cart must be less than 15€, or it will be rejected. In the second place, use the phone number 700000000. If you are prompted for a password, use the password 123

    Thanks for the swift reply. It works with your test number. Does this mean it should also work with real phone numbers?

    Theoretically, yes, @dkrahl, but the test terminal and the live terminal are two different terminals that Redsys configures separately. So I advise you to check if Bizum is shown when you set it to live. If the Bizum screen is displayed in live mode, in theory, you don’t need to try to pay since both terminals are identical from that point on.

    Live mode is working just fine, the test mode does only work with the test phone number. Thanks again
