UTC time is off

  • The UTC time for my blog is off, it states “UTC time is 2012-03-27 0:09:09” – whereas it is 10:45 am Central Standard Time.

    I’ve tried to use “Chicago” time zone to off set it but since the UTC time is off so is the “Chicago” time as that states “Local time is 2012-03-26 19:09:09 ”

    Is there a way to reset or assign the UTC time? As that seems like the primary issue here, then in theory the “Chicago” time should be correct.
