    Good day,
    I can not import files in the plugin in WordPress.
    I always get the message that there is no UTF-8 file.

    In the online version on https://www.draw.io/ all files can be imported in html format.

    What am I doing wrong or what I need to adjust to in WP also can import the files?

    ich kann bei dem Plugin in WordPress keine Dateien Importieren.
    Ich bekomme immer die Meldung, dass es keine UTF-8 Datei ist.

    Bei der Onlineversion auf https://www.draw.io/ lassen sich alle Dateien Importieren auch im html Format.

    Was mache ich falsch oder was muss ich Einstellen um in WP auch die Dateien Importieren zu k?nnen ?

    Hi Alexander,

    What kind of files are you trying to import? Can you provide a link to one that is not importing for you? I tried importing a few different types of images into the plugin and it is working fine for me.

    Hello,
    it is described as well as on top.
    I provide a diagramme and export around it later to be able to process further.
    Now I would like to call on the side WP the already provided diagramme again.
    So I import it and there comes the problem with the UTF-8 error message.
    How I can work on now permanently drawit diagrammes on my WordPress side in Backend ?

    Hi Alexander,

    It sounds like you are having problems with the export and import features. These are handled entirely by the draw.io part of the tool – I suggest you submit a service request on their website.
