UTF 8 CSV ENCODING NOT WORKS

  • Hello, I have serious problem with utf encoding of my csv file. I have already got correct csv file with right encoding (letters like ?,?,?,? etc.), but after uploading this file, your plugin still did not display it correctly. In setting I set up utf 8, but still no success.

    I bought your premium addon, and thinking about buing next ones, but this is serious issue.

    What should I do? Where is the problem and how to fix it?

    Hi,

    Make sure you use a text editor to save it as utf08. ( no microsoft products, they actually do not save it right )

    If you are sure your file is utf08, disable utf08 conversion in the settings page. else enable it.

    Ok, it works with libra office generated csv file with utf-8 encoding.
