UTF-8 filenames not recognized

    Try upload picture with this name like ā??? and post gallery

    I can verify that utf-8 is not supported properly as gallery names with Chinese characters don’t work. To test:

      Create a new gallery.
      Give it a name with Chinese characters such as “6级”.
      Upload some photos.
      Create an album containing this gallery.
      Visit the album’s page. The thumbnail link will be broken and you cannot click on the gallery to enter.
