UTF-8 issue

    Hi,
    I used the pluggin to export this site: https://lotus111dotcom.wpcomstaging.com/
    To that site: https://lotus-111.com/

    It all went almost OK, but I have issue with UTF-8 it seems.
    You’ll notice that many characters turn out weird, (all letters with accents) the size are not the same.
    Since the original site is hosted on wordpress.com, I cannot touch the database, or I don’t know how to do. I am out of idea, and the new site does need a lot of work to be readable, so as it is now, I consider the migration as a failure.

    What do you suggest I do?

    Hi @julien111,

    We have tested the exact scenario in a local environment copying some contents from your site and we were able to migrate successfully without any UTF-8 issue.
