UTF-8 support

  • Database table [prefix]wp_simpledocumentation (wp_simpledocumentation) is created without correct Collation/Characters encoding settings.

    If my database is “latin” by default, then table will inherit DB all notes and saved texts will loose UTF-8 characters after saving! (e.g. ??ā?ō?ā symbols).

    Please, update plugin with creating correct database table charset.
