utf8 charachters converts to question mark when i send the newsletter

Hi
I have MailPoet 2.7.2 and WordPress 4.5.2
I tried to create a newsletter in Farsi. every thing is OK in editor.
But when it sends the newsletter all the characters replaces with question mark.This is a preview of my newsletter:
Is this a known issue?
How can i solve this problem?
