UTF8 – Language encoding for buttons Info

    I need some help to start with. Non-english language has non-english letters wrong encoded and displayed. (Mouse over buttons info, and “pastetext” sentences Info)

    Dont know where to start.

    Can use for instance Advanced TinyMce plugin. It encodes letters right way. So I know language files and strings for TinyMce are OK.

    Solved it. It was one specific filter from theme used wrong way in custom functions.php.
