UTM Special field not working

Hello,

Your Special UTM field tag is not working.

Example, I submit this test form https://sunwayeyecentre.com.my/category/news-events/?utm_source=ce-fb&utm_medium=ce-ads&utm_campaign=ce-test1&utm_term=ce-test2&utm_content=ce-test3 .

I can see the the utm values are been grabbed when I inspect it, but once submit, inside the entry it just blank. See here https://ibb.co/FbwvbMd
