UTM variables is not working

Hi,
I have installed your UTM plugin.
However, I noticed that it is only capturing a few variables (term and content). The cookies for the rest are not created.
[utm_campaign] – Not captured
[utm_source] – Not captured
[utm_term] – Captured
[utm_content] – Captured
[gclid] – Not capturedI have created a test page here:
Noticed that only 2 cookies are created for utm_term and utm_content
Am I missing something?
Your plugin was working before. I am not sure what changed as I updated quite a number of stuff (plugin/wordpress)
