• Beginning last week ?utm_source=rss started being added to the end of random post URLs causing many users to experience Too Many Redirect errors.

I’ve disabled a handful of plugins that deal with RSS as well as MonsterInsights for our Google Analytics but the problem persists. I’ve also visited all these plugin support forums and none seem to indicate a similar problem for others.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what may be causing it? Thanks.

  • I am also experiencing this. I thought at first it had to do with HTTPS enforce, but now it doesn’t work. The problem is that if I change anything on my website. (deactivate plugin, clear cache, change some settings) it starts working again but relapses a few minutes later. However, this only seems to be occurring on my posts

Do you have the MonsterInsights plugin? That was the most recent plugin we disabled and as of yesterday none of the 5 posts that were posted to the site experienced this issue. So for the time being, that’s the plugin we’re focusing on. Thanks.
