    I noticed this on my site, and the same behavior shows on your demo page. If I make a selection from “What do you look for in a WordPress plugin?” then click Next, my selection is saved in storage but it clears from the UI as the next step is loading. IMHO, this creates uncertainty for the user. Thanks for taking a look!

    Thank you for the feedback. I totally agree with you on the uncertainty it gives the user during the load time. I remember looking into this a while ago and couldn’t prevent the fields from clearing. The downside of extending another plugin is some things can’t be changed.

    What you can try to do is add your own event listener to the wpcf7mailsent event and do something with your form while it’s waiting. The only thing I could think of was hiding the form, which I thought was a worse experience.
