UX considerations for the VIEW mode of Contacts in the CRM

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes…
having imported from the Notes column (in the csv file) into the Contacts CRM, i can see that the Notes info is tucked under Additional Info section when in EDIT mode. However there is no way of accessing that information in the VIEW mode! Surely an oversight?
Also, Perhaps the UI of the VIEW MODE could also be reviewed for better UX. For instance,
Contact Groups could be considered for a higher priority info piece, pushing it higher up in the view mode instead of it sitting at the bottom of the contact details. It could also be classed with Life Stage as important access to business decisionsMay i suggest also that TAGS an an additional column allocated as an imput column in the imported csv file
Other consideration is the country telephone code since the mobile can only take 077712 345 678 format when i require +44 77712 345 678
