V 1.5.4 not working with WP 3.5.2

I love the idea of this plugin – thanks!
However it does not seem to work for me: WP 3.5.2. I rearrange the posts, but when I select the cateogy to see the order has re-arranged, the posts display in the same order.
Any ideas?
