Just some information for anyone using the Woocommerce Composite Products plug-in. This version stops the Composite Products selection process from rendering on the front-end. It just displays a “Loading…” message.

I guess I can add the composite product URLs to be exempt from caching, as if I didn’t have better things to do….

During our investigation, we installed the WooCommerce Composite Products plugin and created a product following the guidance provided by the composite product plugin. Simultaneously, we enabled Breeze along with its features and observed the rendering of the Composite Products selection process on the front end. Everything worked smoothly. We have also attached a video link demonstrating the entire process we undertook.

If you continue to encounter the same issue, kindly provide the video for reference, and we will definitely look into it.

Thanks for the video, but it looks like I am using a different Composite Products to the one you are testing:

    Woo Composite Products – https://woo.com/products/composite-products/

I think your demo is using WPC Composite Products for WooCommerce.

By the way, minimising CSS in Breeze ruins the layout on our site! Not only that, disabling Breeze seems to make the site more responsive! However, this could be due to my inexperience with configuring Breeze.

Thank you for your prompt response. From your message, I gather that the issue occurs when CSS minification is enabled. Please correct me if I have misunderstood.

To further investigate this matter, could you please check the console errors in the Browser Network Tab to see if any errors are displayed there? This will help us pinpoint the root cause of the issue and proceed with appropriate troubleshooting steps.

Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Just to clarify, I have never used the ‘minimise CSS’ option in Breeze and its setting (on or off) makes no difference to the issue. It just makes the site look ugly if it’s enabled!

I’m not sure why, but the behaviour has now stopped!!!! However, there has been a WordPress update and a theme update since I started to notice the behaviour so maybe we’ll never know.

Anyway, regard this issue as solved.
