    Hello! Yesterday our business faced a very strange issue after installing the plugin all the V.C are not recorded this only happens in WP Woocommerce we didn’t face anything like that in Shopify, can you please help us resolve it ASAP we tried it everything we can.

    We’ve spent thousands last days unprofitably due to this issue.

    In addition to your helpful screenshots, I need some more information to help us narrow this down.

    If you have Facebook’s Pixel Helper installed on your browser, could you please navigate to the link you shared and take a screenshot of the ViewContent results? Here’s what that looks like: https://cloud.skyver.ge/d5uprY8b

    Note that this extension is only available for Chrome. You can download it here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-pixel/support/pixel-helper/

    Could you please give me more details on your pixel set up? Did you have Facebook Pixel installed on your shop prior to installing the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin?

    As Facebook requires a lot of links for successful event tracking, this information would help us narrow down what’s causing this issue.
