    Hi Matt, As a test, opened up the plugin file multidomainmapping.php
    and commented out line 613:
    // add_filter( 'the_content', array($this, 'replace_domain'), 10 );

    It looks like it fixes the issue for now. Are there any problems with this fix?

    it is hard to find out why this seems to happen in very rare cases. that fix is absolutely fine. i guess we will add a setting/switch for this filter in a future release, but i can not estimate this by now.

    please stay aware of your change in any future update ??
