v1.1.3 conflicts with shipping zones

    Hello

    The latest version v1.1.3 of this plugin causes conflicts with shipping zones. It causes the shipping zones settings page of woocommerce to appear blank.

    It also causes the admin panel hover menus to not show up.

    Please fix them.
