V1.4.2 Activation Error

    Updated to version 1.4.2, but error when trying to activate:

    Hey,

    I’m very sorry to hear this. There appears to be something odd happening that causes our autoloader to not work on some servers. I will release another update today to fix this issue.

    It has been almost a week since 1.4.2 – any updates on when a fix will be released? I ask as this is affecting my deadline with my client.

    I’m very sorry about the slow process. This is a hard bug to debug, I’m currently talking with someone so I can debug on their server because I can’t replicate this locally.

    www.ads-software.com also hosts all version of our plugin by the way, I recommend only installing files from their to ensure they are not altered. You can download any version you want via the select box on the bottom of this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-car-manager/advanced/

    My files are all unmodifed, just trying to help and thankyou Barry for supplying information for previous versions.

    I always download plugins and store them for my own benefit.

    I downloaded 1.3.5 and that installed fine.

    I had previously tried to install 1.4.0 and 1.4.1 without success.

    Nothing special… was a complete vanilla install of WP.
    I then uploaded and activated the Kallyas theme which I bought previously.

    No, because the theme grabs the latest version of the plugin which then in turn fails the activation.

    It did use to work with the older version.

    The theme does not come bundled with the various plugins.
    After activating the theme, the plugins are pulled down and installed on the fly… So I assume it is getting the latest version from the repository
