• We just tried to update to 1.5.3 from 1.5.1 and it is not working. When we place an order we get an error that states “Failed due to duplicate order id”. Version 1.5.1 is working fine.

    Can you please help?

    I’m so sorry for delay in getting back to you. Yeah sure, we wil be happy to help. But need to be able to reproduce the same error on our site . So , can you enlist some steps on how to reproduce the error? Also which payment option you are using? And how you are processing the order? Did you checked by placing a new order?
