I have added WP 2.0.x support for the PayPal QuickTag.

Go to this link and copy/paste all code to replace the code in your quicktags.js.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you backup your old quicktags.js so you don’t loose anything.
ALSO IMPORTANT: If you have customized QTs you will also need to move them into the new file.

FYI: Clear your browser CACHE after replacing the file.

  • Molly, it is actually not that difficult to install, I wrote something up here for you to follow, tell me if you have any luck: https://www.webmaster404.com/wordpress-paypal-integration/

    Hi there –

I’ve had no problem installing this plugin… webmaster404c made it nice and clear I think.

I’ve turned off the rich text editor, but I still can’t get the PP button to show up.

I have the quicktag sort of working… it goes and asks each of the questions in the popup window… single/cart, item name, email address, description and number, and price.

But, it doesn’t result in any tag in my post. It’s almost like it stops working or something.

When I publish the post, it’s not there.

Viewing source, I can see this:

    <!–PayPal–>

Any help would be appreciated, as this solution would be killer for me.

    Thank you,

    Daniel
