v1.6.37 – Checkboxes not repopulating when editing an existing form submission

    Hi there,

    I have a client who is using your plugin to take form submissions from his customers.

    He has two websites in the following configuration:

    OLD SITE
    WordPress v3.9.2
    FormManager v1.6.37

    NEW SITE
    WordPress v4.0
    FormManager v1.6.49

    The issue is that on the NEW site, when a user hits EDIT to edit an existing form submission, none of the CHECKBOX fields repopulate (e.g. if the original response was “YES” – checked).

    This issue isn’t apparent on the OLD SITE.

    Is this a known issue, and does the latest version of the plugin AND/OR WordPress resolve this issue?
