    Hi,

I have set up the recaptcha as follows:
    – v2 with checkbox in Recaptcha dashboard, with the domain name as: wowo.co.uk
    – copied the site/secret keys correctly (checked multiple times)
    – and settings correctly set up in the WP Forms settings

I have previously done this before with other sites and with the above steps it worked fine, but for some reason this time it is still displaying the error for “site keys invalid” on the front end.

there arent any other plugins being used for recaptcha. Basically what happened was that I tried to change my captcha to v3 but then not realising that isnt supported with this plugin so changed it back to v2 checkbox and then thats when it stopped work. I then deleted all data and created a new property in recaptcha to start from the beginning to configure all again with new site keys, but that didnt work. now i can get it to work.

Please could you help with some other suggestions to fix? I have already tried disabling and doing a new Recaptcha set of keys and not working :/

    thanks
    sam

  • Hi @samlutostanski,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing here!

In cases where we’ve seen the “Invalid site key” error when reCAPTCHA keys are correct, the issue is due to having the https:// or https:// added to the domain in Google’s reCAPTCHA account (https://www.google.com/recaptcha/). In this case, removing the https:// or https:// (like this ) should resolve the issue.

When you get the chance could you check your Google reCAPTCHA account settings, and make the adjustments if necessary?

    I hope this helps!

Hi @samlutostanski – I am closing this thread as we are already discussing the same on the duplicate thread.

Please see the response on the other thread.

    Thank you for understanding ??
