v2.3 upgrade but “New Version Available” still appears

Everything is updated and working as 2.3? Have you tried Ctrl F5 to refresh your cache?

Yes, fully cached and the admin looks updated but it’s asking that I update to V2.3

Any ideas?

I have the same problem. I ftp into the server and deleting all the files except the wp-contents folder. I upload all the new wp2.3.1 files again. The admin area still saying that “A new version of WordPress is available”

If wp-includes/version.php reflects
$wp_version = '2.3.1';

then try logging out, clear your browser cache and cookies.
