V2.3.4 Widget bug? Upcoming Events wrong number shown

    I have updated to WP 3.9 and 2.3.4 and now I have a problem with the Upcoming events widget.

    I have selected Display upcoming events by: Events

    I then had 6 future events selected with 2.3.3 and it displayed 6 events now it only displays 3. My analysis shows that

    Select Display
    5 >> 2
    6 >> 3
    8 >> 5
    10 >> 7

    Any suggestions or is it a bug?

    What I want is a line after the last upcoming event which says:

    See More Events

    and that links to my Events page.

    Hmmm. I’d probably just inject it with jQuery, using the class attached to the widget container to append the link.

    Sorry I have set this to not resolved as if ‘show today’s events’ is ticked too many events are shown.

    Set 5 future events and don’t show today’s events then only 5 are displayed.

    However, set 5 future events and show today’s events then 9 are displayed and only one of them is today, the rest are all future events.

    2.3.7 fixes this issue it is now displaying correctly for me.
