v3.0.7 breaks my page (CSS styles not loading)

    I have 3.0.7 version of the Velocity Plug-in auto-installed but it breaks my blog, as CSS styles are not being loaded for anonymous visitors anymore. Had to disable the plug-in to fix this.

    What do you mean by not loading the styles exactly?

    Do all of your styles and stylesheets disappear from the site?
    Or do the css files are getting merged, but are for example empty, or returning 404?

    ?? This. The merged CSS cannot be read anymore.
