I’ve found out that the booking system isn’t working since version 3.40, and might even be so with version 3.39. With version 3.38 restored with a backup, my services were perfectly bookable conform the time rules I’ve set, such as offsets and average time settings and the availability schemes.
But once I update the plugin in my backup from version 3.38 to 3.40 I can’t book any service other than at 9h00 in the morning and the rest of the days aren’t available.
I do not have a backup of version 3.39, so I can’t test that version, but the bug-fix list might reveal that there is changed something in that version which is at least not in my benefit, but probably for no-one.
Can someone please dig in this bug and fix it?

To be clear; the problem isn’t existing in 3.38. The soon as I upgrade to 3.39 or further, it doesn’t work properly.

Nope. The only reply I had was that I should pay for the pro version instead of happiness that I pointed out a major Bug in their system.

I’ve send the credentials to debug at my site, though I see no activity in my logs whatsoever, so I can only conclude that my problem is not taken seriously. I think that sucks. I still have a working version 3.38, but I would like to be up to date for several reasons. we are at 3.42 already but there is no communication whatsover if or how or when this timeslot problem is solved.

Can someone please take care of this problem?

This plugin has a lot of problems.

I asked for a plugin improvement on another issue, but there was no reaction.

Hi,

sorry for the late reply but we are facing a large number of support requests from free and paying customers and we are struggling to answer to anybody.

I’d suggest you to update salon booking to the very last version make a new test and see if the reported issue is still there.
