V3.59.3 – 05.29.2024 – shortcodes on rest endpoints

    Due to version V3.59.3, released on 05.29.2024, when reading a post via REST endpoint there is no longer the gallery code but a shortcode is rendered.
    Is it possible to enable/disable this function via settings or is there some other way to know if an NGG gallery is related to a post?

    I asked our developers about this, they said we disabled shortcode rendering on REST IIRC since it was causing all sorts of issues.

    They would like know a bit more about your use case and what you need it for exactly, so we can evaluate this with more info.

    First of all, thanks for answering my message.

    We developed a mobile app that call WordPress Api and display posts, so we are now unable to display gallery inside post’s detail.

    What we need is to have a setting to enable/disable gallery inside WordPress Api or a new REST that returns the gallery’s images for a single post.
