Does v3 API work for YouTube user playlists?

Using the shortcode below does not display my playlist after I’ve created/entered the API key and enabled v3 API:

If I disable it, so it’s using v2 API, I see the playlist, but then I get that annoying “Devices Support” video along side my user playlist. What an eyesore.

Usernames as the ID do not work anymore, at least for now, since they require an extra call to the API just to get the username’s playlists. With a user’s uploads being one of them. So simply finding that playlists makes your pages load a bit faster, helping to justify the PITA of finding it.

Go to your Users Home page tab and scroll down to the Uploads section. There might be “Top Videos” section above it. Hover over the “Uploads” title and a gray “Play >” button will appear. You can click this button and copy the id from that address or just “copy link location”. It is usually an ID starting with “UUxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxetc”.
