I tried installed mailpoet v3 on my wordpress 5.8 site. The first time I tried to install it crashed. The second time it installed but gave “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.” when I tried to activate it. WordPress says the plugin was not tested on version 5.8. Time to update your plugin

NO! I’m not paying you to fix a problem with YOUR plugin. If it doesn’t install or doesn’t install properly it’s not my problem. It’s yours. Especially considering WordPress says it’s hasn’t been updated or tested on the current version.

In my opinion, you’ve got a lot of nerve demanding money to fix YOUR PROBLEM.

    I’ll use another newsletter mailer

    Hi @phasar40,

I believe there’s a huge misunderstanding here. We didn’t ask you to pay for anything extra to take a look at your issue. My colleague Elvira just asked you to contact us through the contact form for Premium users, since we do not have a contact form for free users.

This way we could check the error logs and help you further.

Regarding the conflict with the latest WordPress version, we can guarantee all of our releases are previously tested with the latest WordPress version, regardless of what message you’re seeing in the WordPress dashboard. However, we’re willing to investigate why the installation is failing on your website.

Please contact us via email through the Premium contact form https://www.mailpoet.com/support/premium/ so we can make an exception and check your problem.

    Thanks for understanding.
