• Resolved Eff Of X

    (@agentc0re)

Currently my site is behind a ‘coming soon’ page setup, but if you need to see this first hand let me know and I’ll change it.

Regarding the issue, I recreated the keys after I noticed the problem. This did not resolve the issue after waiting some time (10 min??). So I decided to load wpforms assets globally despite not being told to (i know, i’m bad :P) but something interesting was learned from this.
On the form page, the recaptcha was still failing with the message “ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key” BUT, my site had the recaptcha bottom pop up again saying my site was actually protected by recaptcha.

I can’t get the recaptcha pop up to expand and screenshot but it does say the site is protected by it.

Lastly, I’m not sure when it stopped working as I did not have this issue a few days ago. I have installed some plugins but I’ve disabled everything I am pretty sure that I installed/actived new recently.

    Hi @agentc0re,

It looks like reCAPTCHA could be loaded twice on the page — once by WPForms, and once by either your theme or another plugin, and this causes the error in the form.

The possible next steps could be:

    1. You can try to track down what’s generating the other reCAPTCHA code and, if possible, turn it off.

    2. You can enable No-Conflict Mode in WPForm’s reCAPTCHA settings (under WPForms > Settings > reCAPTCHA tab

If that does not resolve the issue, could you share a link to the form on your site?

    Thanks!
