V3 showing on every page

Google recommends loading the reCAptcha on all pages of the site so that it can analyze the user’s interaction with pages to identify spams. See the doc here:?https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/v3
If you want then you can hide the badge using CSS like mentioned here:?https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq#id-like-to-hide-the-recaptcha-badge.-what-is-allowed

I am going to add a task to see if we can improve this a bit.
