    Hi @pavelpluz,

We have just released version 4.0.1, this should fix the issue you were having.

If the problem persists please respond to this thread with more details, like examples of links that do and do not work, and what your custom link separator is, and we will get it sorted for you.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Hi
I have similar problem, with this different that some of redirects are going to home page immediately.(I’m using wordpress in my subdomain, but redirects are going to main domain!-The plugin was good, this problem has occurred recently)
Must of this incorrect redirects are for old posts!

    Hi @echargeu,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with version 4.0.0.

Unfortunately, without further details it is very hard to provide support. We are happy to look into this for you, but we will need more information to be able to do so.

If you could tell us what version of WordPress you are using, what version of PHP you are running, some examples of links that do not work, and the settings you are using (i.e. are you using a custom separator? are you using base64 encoding? numerical encoding? etc)

We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, I’m also getting same issue.

I’m using numeric encoding and I think I’m getting the issue in this structure only. (earlier I was using another and it was working fine or may be due to update)

Exact Issue- Sometimes when I click on affiliate links in my website, It shows – https://www.example.com/goto/0 and I get 404 error.

Most of the times, It’s happening one time per page, Like I have post of flipkart coupons, then one link from that post is redirecting to https://www.example.com/goto/0 and I’m getting 404. (Never faced issue with two links in one page)

    Wordpress- 4.8.1
    PHP- 5.6.27

There is no hard and fast rule that which link will result into 404. If I’m getting 404 on any particular link and if I click after few minutes, It works fine on that link.

    Hi @dineshsangwan,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Some how we missed the email notification of your reply.

The issue you are describing sounds like a bug we fixed in an earlier version of our plugin. The cause of that issue was the database table didn’t exist until after the first link had attempted to be masked, this meant the first link would be given a mask of 0, which doesn’t exist.

We will happily help resolve this issue with you, but firstly, are you running the latest version of our plugin (4.2.2)?

No problem Sir and Thanks for your efforts.

I think it’s fixed now, Not getting the error after updating to 4.2.2 version. Still, I will Check it for more time and will let you know if it’s fixed completely or not

    Thanks, Awesome Support ??

    Hello Sir,
Issue is not resolved in latest version also. Getting same 404 error
