This is a visual bug. We’ve had many reports regarding this issue. It’s because the browser doesn’t use the latest scripts from the plugin.

Could you please see if you can clear your browser’s cache?

Alternatively, you can use a single hard-refresh, as explained in the sticky topic under “My admin area is all messed up!”.

When your browser picks up the latest scripts from TSF, everything should appear normal again, with the fields filled back in!

the only solution is to go back to version 4.0? Cleaning cache is not making any change. I haven’t installed anything new, I have the same plugins as when i had the last version.
