v4.7.1 install on local dev env fails

Hi there,

Is this only happening with WooCommerce or are you seeing the same thing with other plugins like Jetpack? Based on a cursory search, it seems this might be related to Local by Flywheel that’s having a hard time with directory permissions. thank you for your response!
The other similar issue you linked helped me, I changed my Local PHP version.
Pls. note it works with PHP 7.4.1, but it is not with v7.3.5!
