V6.7: New Posts Not Appearing in Featured Categories on Home Page

    Since upgrading to V6.7, when I add a new post and select the “Featured” or “New” categories, it doesn’t appear there. It does appear under some categories on the home page, along with under “Recent Posts.” I’ve tried everything suggested in the Help section.

    When will the bug fix update be released? There seems to be some major issues with this one. I hope auto-updates won’t be pushed because I’m holding off on updating other sites.

  • Do you use the “Most Used” tab in classic editor to select the categories? Then there is already a fix for this that will be included in WordPress 6.7.1: https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/62440

    If you proceed differently, please describe in more detail how so that we can follow your path.
