Valid From, and Til?

    Why does this form say Valid From: and Valid Until:

    Had no idea, i figured it would just have an expire date ??

    Some UK cards – such as Switch cards – require that the user provides both the Valid From and the Valid Until details. Also an Issue Number, if I remember correctly
