    Hi there!

We encountered this temporarily problem a few times over the last weeks that the customer could not submit the form because his email address seems to be not valid according to the error message, but the address was obviously valid. Trying it with the same data some minutes later, it did work.

Do you have any clue why this can happen?

    Thanks in advance,
    Andy

  • That happened to us as well, but it was always due to a white space before or after the e-mail-address. I’ll write the support to see of they can change that.

    Hi,

We have published a new update improving that validation to automatically remove spaces from the email validation. Please update to the version #1.1.47 or later.

    Thank you for the feedback!
