Valid Message going to spam

  • One of our contact forms has started treating certain messages as spam. After some trial and error it seems that three words are triggering the spam, We have two contact forms on the site and only one of them sends the emails with the ‘offending words’ to spam. We are not using blacklists and have akismet installed but not configured with contact7. We are also using WPSuperCache and suspect this may be a nonce/caching problem. Having cleared all the caches the offending contact7 form still won’t behave.

    Do you think I am right in my diagnosis ? If so what else can I try to stop these words trigger spam. Would configuring askismet in contact7 help ?
