Valid users getting blacklisted

    Valid users continue to get blacklisted including myself. how can I turn this blacklist feature off or fix it so that people are not getting frustrated because they are getting locked out. Thanks

    i have the security filter not the spam filter. I don’t see where to mark spam not spam in my options. i do have the options to add to whitelist or blacklist. am I missing something?
