    Hi @guygentil,

    I am not able to access your feed. There is a message that “The administrator has blocked your IP address from accessing this website” so I couldn’t check-https://vertis.d.pr/h5WLje

    Hello @poonam9

    Thanks for your feedback.
    I just tried to access it from an indian IP and indeed it is region blocked :s
    => Tried from Eastern Europe (Romania) url https://picoulet.centres-sociaux.fr/feed/
    => Also work from France

    Do you have a VPN to try to access it from Europe ?
    Do you think that could be the reason why the feed is not working with feedzy even if considered valid ?

    Best,

    Hi @guygentil!

    I was able to access the feed you provided from Europe, I tried to import it and it works as expected for me, I don’t get any error related to it – screenshot. Do you still encounter this issue?

    Thank you!

    Hello @luciamarinescu ,

    Thanks for your feedback. Sadly, yes, feed is still not working in the backend :

    ??

    Any known conflict that could cause the problem ?
    The weird thing is on the same page there is an another feed working correctly (from a different source)

    Let me know if you need more infos,

    Best,

    Hello @guygentil!

    I checked the feed again with the Feedzy RSS Feeds block because previously I checked it with the feed to post feature and it is displayed properly with the block as well – screenshot. Does this issue still occur if you switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty or if you deactivate all plugins except Feezdy? Also, please clear the cache (browser and plugin, if you use any caching plugin).

    Thank you!

    Hello @luciamarinescu

    I tried everything you suggested :
    – Cleared cache browser + plugin
    – Tried 2021 theme + all plugin deactivated except Feedzy (new 4.0 version)

    => I still get the error ??

    Feed URL is invalid. Invalid feeds will NOT display items.

    /feed/ is invalid XML, likely due to invalid characters. XML error: Mismatched tag at line 105, column 8
    (Only you are seeing this detailed error because you are the creator of this post. Other users will see the error message as below.)

    Hi @guygentil!

    We used this feed on multiple test instances and it worked as expected every time, we don’t get any error related to the feed being invalid. Unfortunately, this seems to be related to your instance and there is not much that we can do on our end given that the plugin properly fetches the content from that feed on our instances, so we can’t replicate the issue and it doesn’t seem to be an issue with the feed itself.

    Have a nice day!

    Hello @luciamarinescu

    Thanks for your tests and your time.
    Sadly I come to the same conclusion as you did, we’ll try to figure out what’s causing the trouble from our side.

    Best,

    Guy
