By default, the checkout fields cannot be edited in WooCommerce as seen in your screenshot. It seems that you’re using a plugin to edit them. May I ask what plugin you’re using to edit the checkout fields?

plugin support doesn’t answer me so I came here.

The plugin developers are the best people to handle your request, since they know the plugin inside out.
