Validate form data before sending

    Can someone recommend a simple form plugin that restricts the information that can be entered into each field on the form to a drop down list? The list of elements in the drop down is very specific to this website, i.e., its not a common list of elements like “States in the Union” so I need to customize the drop down list for each field. Thanks in advance
